  19. A port forward consists of the following parts:

  25.     A client config set to the same port number for Inbound connections (outbound can be random)

  27.     An inbound TCP firewall rule for the same port number (I don't suggest running with your firewall Off)

  56. Last thing, if you do a manual port forward, disable UPnP in your client. That can override your port forward and cause you to be intermittently Connected Only...
